• All CITs must be 16-17 yrs old. CITs volunteer at Sapling, Oak, or Earth Heroes camps. You would serve as a role model for the campers, receive direct support and mentorship from our experienced staff, and learn both technical and transferable skills in the education and outdoor recreation fields. If all goes well, you can receive a stellar reference from us and are invited to apply as a counselor once you turn 18.
