Today’s Times-Dispatch inlcudes a front page story on the riverfront plan developed by a team of consultants from Hargreaves Assoc. As Will Jones writes, their vision includes “enhancing downtown Richmond’s riverfront as a wild and urban heart of the city, with expanded water access and connections to neighborhoods

According the T-D story: “The plan is expected to be refined and presented to the Planning Commission and ultimately the City Council in the first quarter of 2012. The presentation from Tuesday’s meeting is expected to be available later this week on the city’s website.”
