Times-Dispatch reporter Colleen Curran reports this morning that “starting this weekend, the city of Richmond will close it’s high-traffic parking lots with access to the James River Park System.”

Those lots include: Tredegar Street (access to Belle Isle), Pony Pasture, Pipeline, West 21st Street (on Riverside Drive). The lot closures begin today and continue on the weekends through June 10.
