This coming Saturday and Sunday, RVA MORE is looking for about 20 volunteers to help with a Paralyzed Veterans of America event at Pocahontas State Park. The job is to ride with the handcycle participants, to support them and help as needed. Bring your bike, plenty of water and your normal ride tools. RVA MORE will supply lunch. Sign up for as much time as you can.  The above video Video from the last September’s event should give you an idea of how fun it was.
